HISTORY
The Dinghy Sailing School of the Reial Club Marítim de Barcelona was born from the tradition and spirit of one of the most historic yacht clubs in our country.
The Reial Club Marítim de Barcelona, founded in 1902, has been dedicated to promoting maritime sports for over a century, becoming a benchmark in both sports and training. With a history marked by more than 1,000 national and more than 200 international medals, the club is part of the history of nautical sports in our country, even achieving Spain's first Olympic medal in 1932.
The Sailing School is where this tradition lives on.
From initiation to advanced training, we bring sailing closer to children, young people, and adults who want to discover the sea, learn to sail, and grow in a unique environment in the Port of Barcelona.
More than teaching technique, we transmit a way of understanding the sea: respect, teamwork, autonomy, and a passion for sailing.
With over 100 years of history behind us, we continue to train new generations of sailors, sharing the values that have always defined the Reial Club Marítim de Barcelona.
